Loss is End of the Road

The Raiders lost to Henry Sibley in a good battle last night.

Final 90-76.

Roseville came out strong and went ahead in the first 5 minutes but was not able to keep the momentum long enough to stay ahead. In a physical game with both seniors Ty Carlson and John Karlen fouling out, Roseville never gave up. It was the end of the season but they should be proud of the way they played.

With a dozen juniors returning next season the prospects of a continued strong team are looking good. Many players will play AAU this spring and summer and attend training camps to keep working on their game. This should be a team to watch.

Congratulations on a good season!

Raiders beat the Moundview Mustangs in a big victory last night, 61-54. The Raiders came on strong and shut down Moundsview's outside shots for the win.
Good fan turn out! Way to go Roseville students, parents, teachers and supporters. Hoping to see the student section back in place soon!

AT THE BUZZER 61-63

Last nights game was a barn burner! The Raiders came on strong and jumped to a 13 point lead, great hustle and strong defense. It soon became a battle as the Rangers fought back. The Raiders were down by 10 at one point and fought back to a tie game with the Rangers getting the ball with about 6 seconds left. Good defense, the clock runs down...and the Rangers take one more desperate shot as the buzzer goes off and they score. Oh, what a game! Oh, what a hard loss. Such a fight and to lose with not even a second left was a heart breaker.
Thanks goes out to a great show of fans. Way to make the gym LOUD! Thanks Roseville Players for giving it your all.
